My team gave me a hard time telling me they couldn’t fit all my items In the truck and wouldn’t do a second trip even though I had less items than I had listed on my quote because I moved most boxes personally myself . They lost the 2 feet to my sofa amd screws to put my dresser back together I’ve contacted the office three times and was told people would call me back and they never did

Unbelievable poor service! The first 3 men were not good workers. They spent more time smoking and talking than working. Therefore we ended up being charged over twice the amount that our estimate was which is ridiculous. They were later joined by 3 other men and they knew how to work. I have called the office and asked for a return call but did not receive one. The BBB. May need to hear about th

We needed a heavy piece of furniture moved from our garage, where it had been refinished, to our family room. Gavin and Brad were exceptional movers for us!! On a scale of 1-10 we would rate them a 15!!! They took great care with our furniture and thus nothing was damaged! They placed the furniture exactly where we wanted it and said that they would reposition it if needed. We would recommend these movers to anyone!! They are certainly valuable members of your team and represent your company well!!
