The moving team was absolutely fantastic. They were punctual, professional, and most importantly took care of our furniture pieces like their own while moving them in difficult corners and nooks. They took their time and were very careful while carrying the pieces up and down the stairs. They also were so kind to our small pup while he was having anxiety about the move.

The office staff were very friendly and professional. The young men who did the actual moving were polite, professional and respectful. They carefully delivered and placed my sofa in the desired location and didn’t damage any walls, furniture, etc. They made adjustments to the final payment when necessary. Overall, a pleasant experience. I will use you for future moves.

The only issue I had was that the information taken down by Charles when I called to set up an appointment for our move wasn't translated correctly to the actual order. Which I caught and called back in advance but still didn't change. Just would help your movers to be more clear with their workload.
