Everyone was great as usual. I've been a customer of you guys for many years. They only concern I had was that sales didn't communicate with the moving team. The movers almost didn't move our 750Lb. safe as they said we only do up to 400Lb. The office staff assured me that it wouldn't be a problem even after asking me the weight. It was moved but that policy needs ironed out.

They did a great job with maneuvering some tricky corners as well as advise on best way to position our furniture to allow us to make the best use of our space.
