The crew was great. The only concern I had were the up charges. One being the insurance and the other more concerning was the charge at $20 a roll to protect our carpets. The insurance cost should be disclosed upfront and protecting carpet in a clients house should be a normal operating costs.

The office and moving team were great. We needed some extra space in the trucl, and they drove back to pick up the last few items. They even helped my wife get the couches and area rug just right. Everyone was professional and helpful, and all the mover guys had a great attitude and were very friendly.

TJ, King, and John did an amazing job. We also had 3 other crew members join when they completed their jobs which was welcomed. They were professional but friendly. Stayed busy and on task. I was grateful for how easy they made things.
