We hired a team to fully pack and move out of our townhouse. After the services were complete, there were hundreds of items of varying sizes that had not been packed or moved. Furniture drawers were not emptied by the packers. A dresser was damaged during the process, which is not a big deal. But I asked them not to repair it, and it was taken away anyway - filled with other belongings.

I had a wonderful experience with Roberto and his partner. They had great communication throughout the entire day and walked me through all the paperwork and steps. There was an accident on the freeway which delayed their arrival by like an hour (completely out of their control), they did a great job updating me with an estimated arrival time and apologized for the inconvenience. The crew was very polite and professional. They did not waste any time getting right to the task at hand. One man prepped while the other moved smaller items. There was a nice rhythm and flow to how they split the tasks and worked around each other. Overall it was the best moving experience I've had to date.
