Nightmare experience. The movers did not come on my scheduled date (I booked a month in advance and called a day before to confirm). I was told an extra 1-2 movers would come at no extra cost for an expedited move the next morning -- only two movers came and they came later than expected. My credit card was charged and paperwork signed for me, no discount was applied for the pathetic service.

The entire process was simple, from scheduling to execution! I hired Two Men & A Truck to move a 400lb stair climber machine into my basement. The scheduler took notes and made sure I had enough team members to do the job well and had a team here by the next business day. The moving team was so thoughtful about the move and worked great together as a team. They made this move so easy for me!
