Service was great on all aspects of the moving process. The only concern was one piece of furniture was damaged during the move thus the four star rating for the movers.

Four hours late. Mover team not complete. Movers arrived who did not work and were missing. Movers packed so slowly, they seemed to be running up the clock. Second estimate was increased due to mover lack of work. Final estimate increased for no good reason except mover missing and team seemed tired.
