The movers refused to move parts of a bed frame because there were a few palmetto bugs on them. Simply taking them outside and wiping down the boards would have cleaned them off. Instead my daughter and I had to move those pieces ourselves.

I would absolutely use this service in the future when we move again. The quote was easy and affordable. They checked in multiple times before the move to see if we needed anything.
They arrived on time on the day of the move and made sure to stay within the estimated time frame they gave us as much as possible.
