The moving team was overall great, except for one member who left in the middle of the move without letting me know. I appreciate the company sending a replacement for him, but it would be nice to communicate that the other person had to leave. At some point I just couldn't find him. The same person took a lot of breaks after ~1 hour of work.

Antonio and Ray were excellent. They worked really hard. It was a complex move and they were able to handle all of the details. They were very careful carrying my antique furniture. They didn’t mark the walls or damage anything (and it was a lot). They were respectful and kind to me and my elderly family members. It got to be a long day but they kept up the hustle. I really appreciated them!

The team did an incredible job. I lived on the 3rd floor and had the heaviest mattress on Earth. They always kept a good attitude and worked hard and fast to get the job done.
