Would say the intake and quote team for the move need to have some training for accuracy. However I give a huge shout out to the moving team, who adapted to our needs and I can’t say enough good things! The management reached out even before I had a chance to check in with them to see how things went and make amends where they could. Thanks again and see you for the final part of our move in Aug.

When my move was underbid by the associate in the call center, the corresponding moving day was a disaster! They gave me a minuscule discount and a verbal apology but then proceeded to bill me for a move that was more than twice my budget! I would’ve chosen a cheaper moving company if I had known.

Every person I interacted with was super nice and patient. I want to heap lots of praise on our movers, Anthony and Shawn (or Sean) for dealing with the extreme heat and humidity of New Orleans. They were a tremendous team and they were a pleasure to talk to. I hope they were able to find a good restaurant after the job! They did an awesome job!
