Previously had a great experience with the company but this time the actual move was bad. The movers broke furniture and did not take care on the move, then when noting to the admin team it has taken over 7 days for responses and responses we have had are not personalised and seem like standard copy and paste responses

Our moving team was the best! They were courteous, efficient and helpful. We were impressed with how quickly they sized up our situation and made a definite plan for how to move forward expediently. They handled our furniture with care during load in and load out. They placed pieces where we asked them to and were careful with walls and woodwork. Everything went smoothly and without incident.
