The main issue was after everything was packed up into 2 crates (which I was on a budget since work is paying for my move) they couldn't tell me whether or not the two crates would be full and if there would be additional room for any of my other belongings. Additionally, they called to tell me the couch wouldn't fit, so it was going to be an extra $300. I feel like this was a problem that could have been easily solved had they measure my couch/belongings beforehand.
Since the movers did not bring the crates with them, I have no idea if they were completely filled and had to take the company's word. The situation did end up getting rectified since they fit everything in one crate and then shipped the couch separately, but I was confused on why the price wasn't adjust ed because I only had 1 crate instead of 2?
Overall everyone was very nice, but some additional transparency would have been appreciated. I felt like it was a guessing game with what would fit and what wouldn't.
