I’ve always heard positive feedback, but being my first move I was nervous. I’ve had nothing but an exceptional experience starting with Corey from the office. The 3 young men were awesome. They worked together as a team. I only had to show them once & they took over. Very professional, hard workers, but they made it seem effortless. The job went quicker than expected. Highly recommended.

Moving team members should be instructed to take note which boxes are labelled "Fragile" and not to stack heavier boxes on top of them when moving them on the dolly or stacking them.

The unload team from Arlington/DC seemed to be in a "contest" as to how fast they could unload the truck (at least one member bragged about how fast they were when they finished); I would rather that movers take their time and handle the property with care. I was surprised the "beat up" condition many of the boxes arrived in, even the ones which I had packed very solidly full of books. Are boxes thrown around in the warehouses or in the crating process? Again, more care seems to be needed when handling a client's property. That may have prevented my file cabinet from being damaged, needing replacement. Two Men charges a lot of money for moving a relatively small amount of items, and I was expecting better care of my property.
(I want to say, though, that the "pack up" team from Columbus, OH, did a great job with the loading process; they took their time and exercised care).
