I expressly requested “white glove” moving service to pack and unpack my house and was assured it wouldn’t be any problem at all, but after coming home to what I expected would be ready to relax service I was shocked at how little actually was unpacked!!! It’s going to now cost me more than $1 000 to get everything unpacked and put together. Shame on you for not being more forthright!!!

The entire team was great. The phone interview was excellent and resulted in the proper number of trucks (2) and crew (6). Move was complete in one day as projected. Crew was very attentive, knowledgeable, professional and hard working. Final bill was in the range that was forecast.
