I moved from a third floor walk-up with no elevator and my moving team handled it amazingly. Not an easy move at all and they not only did it under 4 hours start to finish (slay), but they were extremely professional and communicative. I'll be hitting y'all up when I inevitably move again (don't worry I'm not up 3 flights of stairs anymore!)

Felt cheated. I paid 717 for 5 hours of mediocre labor. I am aware of your hourly rates but I specifically reduced the amount of things that I needed to be moved to save time and the two men you sent spent entirely too much time. Seems unfair that it took almost 1k to move a few things less than 5 miles. Way over your original estimate. Wish I could get a refund for the difference.

I was working with a tight time frame on moving day. I provided my current pickup address, but the truck was sent to the pickup address from my previous move. It wasn’t until I called wondering where they were that I found this out. I was less than 10 seconds away from missing my internet install guy at the move in address because of the the delay
