Spoke to manager. I would’ve used again as major problem was 1 of 2 teams, but after putting things in order, kept finding more and more scrapes/gouges in walls/furniture. Boxes that had BIG RED TYPED LETTERS to put nothing on top had heavy boxes on top of them. A box labeled fragile pictures was crushed halfway. Many boxes set upside down/sideways. 1 team extremely slow. It was a NIGHTMARE!

I coordinate moves for homeless individuals moving into their forever homes. Two men and a Truck is always on time, efficient, and careful.

Dillon and Emanual were great. Time frame was a little off. They were suppose to be here at 8:30. Eric did call and said they had schduleing problems. They got here at 11:00. No rain so no big deal. The boys were great. Nice manners, were friendly and did their job. Thank you for the good service!

My team of three guys were FANTASTIC! Friendly, listened to our wishes, followed directions. My criticism is the ridiculous amount of signing and clicking on a very broken tablet, that actually crunched under my finger. All of that should have been sent to me ahead of time so I could read through it, NOT during my move, in my driveway in the 90 degree heat. Very poor organization.
