The 3 movers were conscientious and respectful. I am very pleased with the job they all did. One comment, I feel the truck charge is excessive. I'd rather pay more per hour than see a truck/fuel charge of $210.

Glad you had a great experience, Richard! Rather than charging hourly to get to your home and then charging hourly to get back to our office at the end of the job, we flat rate that truck/travel charge based on distance from our office. That way, the minimums you're paying for actual labor go towards the work we do upon arrival up to the end of your job. We appreciate your feedback!

The men communicated with me before the visit, and offered me the chance to move up the appointment, which worked well. They were pleasant while they were here. Best of all, they worked well together to perform the job, which was hard and complicated. They left things tidy. They paid attention to what I said was important to me.
