The two man team that came was extremely polite and professional. They were very careful with my light colored furniture and white bedroom dressers. They even offered to do more if we needed. Told movers I needed roll top desk moved and it wasn't. I didn't notice it until everything brought to house and told the movers it wasn't brought their reply was they had gone over the 4 hr allotted time by 15 minutes and did not offer to go back and get it
