Overall I was happy with my move. The guys did a great job with what they were allowed to do. My only complaint is that they were not allowed to pack or move anything that contained a liquid or that was aerosol. This left quite a bit for me to have to pack and move on my own after the fact. I was annoyed to have to do this myself but I was not their fault.

We apologize for the miscommunication! Unfortunately this is not a Two Men and a Truck choice. The Department of Transportation has very specific laws and they can revoke our license if we violate them. We are very happy to hear you were satisfied with the rest of your experience. What an amazing experience with Will, Phil & Tim. Extremely professional and personal in every aspect of the move. Solid communication. Joshua, in the office was very accommodating and helpful in adding an extra stop. I highly recommend 2 Men & a Truck!

Reddeck and Brady went above and beyond to carefully move all our things. We had a tricky move for our treadmill which, I didn't think was possible. Reddeck would not give up and worked out a solution that worked perfectly. They were professional and kind and both were obviously dedicated hard workers.

we were in a family crisis. Our mother required moving to skilled nursing facility, her caregiver had been hospitalized for a cardiac procedure. I called at 4 PM Monday afternoon and at 10 AM Tuesday morning to manage a truck run the job. I regret I don’t know the name of theindividuals I spoke with or the movers. All I can say is thank you, thank you very much!

I feel someone should come into the home to be able to see what needs to be moved to give a more accurate quote on the pricing. The moving time was under estimated by 3-4 hours. Thus, costing more than the original estimate.
