The two men showed up on time when they called me and told me they’d be here. When they got here, we went over the scope of work with I did. They were very professional did not damage anything from the time they drove in till the time they left 1/2 hour very polite, I would recommend you to anyone.

Moving experience was excellent .. however there was a misunderstanding regarding the charge for insurance .
I thought I had refused but was told that I had to verify that I refused which I find very confusing . It is a question of semantics but I feel it is an unjustified charge based on my conversation and understanding .

My experience started with Janay who was very helpful and was responsive to my many calls with different questions. The moving team was awesome! Jeff, Ty, Aziz, and Deverius. So friendly and willing to help make our move easier. I highly recommend that team. Moving across the state in an overnight move was stressful but both trucks arrived safely!
