The 3 person team of Baez, Erickson and Paige was great. The guys moved everything with care... we were neat, organized and prepared which made their jobs easier than normal and that was fine by us. BAEZ was INCREDIBLE. She really helped make the process easy and smooth. Communicated well, was nice to her team and was gracious to my Fiance who was involved with the process even more than I was.

The gentlemen who loaded my belongings were friendly, professional,caring and genuinely helpful in all aspects of the move. Brandon and his crew were punctual, professional and personable. They were great to work with. Moving in to the north end of Boston in a 3 story walk up is no picnic and they pulled it off without a hitch. Good load, pack and unload. Thanks to them the day was stress free. Highly recommend the service.

Scheduled for 8/24/24 from 8a -9a arrival. We heard nothing and no one came. At 10;30 I called the office and they said the moving guys coming after 1 pm. I am assuming that another job came in for that day & we were bumped. Not happy about that; we were coming in from another state and got up at 4 am to make it there by 8 am. This was very unprofessional. You said 3 coming and 2 showed.
