Our proposal stated that we'd have Full Value protection of our things within the price that we paid. Our proposal said that you were shipping our stuff in crates. It turns out the your definition of crate is like a big cardboard box and when these be cardboard boxes got crushed, you are fighting us on the Full Value protection. You have about 1 week to make us whole the item lost or crushed before I call my lawyer.
