I was charges for a tv box/bag and they did not use one. Inwas also charges for a mattress bag, which they did not use. I provided them a mattress bag. They also said they couldn't put my treadmill in the room I wanted at my new home, they said it would be an extra charge. So now it's sitting in the middle of my living room. So unhappy!!!

Your office staff handled my calls promptly. Her experience was obvious as she guided me through the process and answered my questions. When the team showed up, they were eager to help. All 4 movers were polite and professional. The crew lead continually checked in to see how we were feeling about the progress and make sure we had no concerns. A great crew!

The moving team was awesome! Even though we didn't need an extra truck the guys were fast, always hustling and polite. They even came in UNDER budget! It was nice to have such hard workers which is hard to find. They communicated throughout the process which helped and made our move much easier! The 3 men and a truck were very courteous to this disabled senior citizen, however someone put my queen sized mattress in the incorrect where someone had correctly set up the foundation in the master bedroom. Other than this which cause me extreme stress and a broken lamp base their service would have rated five stars

My guys were great! Funny, helpful, asked questions when appropriate.. The team lead offered to take me to the hospital when I was having a minor medical issue, but it was unnecessary. But they had to manage on their own for about a half hour. They did wonderful and were so polite each one introduced themself and I was treated with respect and much kindness. It was truly appreciated.
