Our family was very impressed with the three men who moved my mother's belongings. They worked hard, taking great care to wrap the furniture and placing it where indicated. They were pleasant and helpful in every way. We plan to ask for the same team if we need help again.

All in all I was pleased with the guys. They were polite and very courteous. The older lead man was very professional and a hard worker. Unfortunately the younger helper was out of his element. You could tell he hasn’t been doing this long. He was extremely polite but a bit awkward and clumsy and not experienced enough that I would allow him to move any valuables. I time hematologists work out but too inexperienced that I would trust him with my things on a grand scale.

All things considered, the move went well; however, packing could have been better. There were boxes that were not taped at the bottom, only folded causing blowouts. We found items in our suit cases rather than boxes. Breakable items were not removed from removable furniture and packed away properly which led to damaged items. Works seemed to be rushing and scratched out bed significantly which will require a new bed.

The two guys sent to move were very young and seemed inexperienced. It took them 30 minutes to figure out how to get my couch up the stairs. So of course they went over the 2 hours. I only had 10 items to load and deliver 1.5 miles away. They left knicks and chipped paint in the corners of doorways which I had to repair. They were very slow and kidding around every time they took an item to their truck.

We’ve used Two Men and A Truck twice. From the office staff to the movers, we had an awesome experience. Highly recommend them for any move. Very friendly, professional and treated our furniture with the utmost care. Showed up on time too!

I was very disappointed when the crew left and I found a large scratch in my new front door. I felt the crew should have told me about the scratch before they left. I also found dents in the wall going to the basement in the house that I had moved from. I have pictures of the scratches in the new door and would like to share them with you.

I was blown away by the professionalism of the movers as well as the quickness that they got the job done. They were extremely careful with fragile items and there was not a single item damaged, including walls and doorways. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to all my friends and family.

Our entire experience with this company was excellent. We were under extreme pressure to not only move out of one house but into the next in the same day before 4 p.m. - piano included! The office staff created the order efficiently, the movers showed up on time and took great care with our furniture and listened to all of our needs. What a great company! Keep up the tremendous work! Your efforts meant the world to us.

survey keeps coming? 3 men to pack on Wed. call me at 1:30 say we're done. Be back 8am. I arrive Derek & 1 other hiding out. Go inside, the others hadn't finished packing the kitchen as they had said, told Justine they ran out of boxes but I had left two dozen boxes with tape that hadn't been used, so frustrating & put us behind. I directed Derek to start repacking the conex to ship, he's the lead, Derek broke two pieces of furniture without telling me, then comes in front door & asks me to sign off, not knowing what he did, I signed. Justine arrived to relieve him. as Derek was packing wood on wood, very careless and indignant. I have used 2 men & truck a dozen times, this time so many things go awry. Instead of 6 men, finished with 3 men and myself. That's not what I paid for.
