The truck was late due to a breakdown, but then I got 3 movers instead of 2; so that was good. I was disappointed because I was told I'd get the 5% repeater discount, but then I didn't get it because I crossed state lines. That doesn't seem fair and I wasn't told ahead of time. Other than that, Aldo and the other staff were kind and courteous. Very helpful. Just that one complaint. Movers were very fast and efficient and professional.

The move from Wisconsin to Colorado was flawless. The driver shared his cell phone information and kept in touch to assure me of his progress. He was on time to unload and took care to get everything off the truck carefully. Would highly recommend!
