Look, you guys are great. There was an issue with what Aldo thought I wanted and what I wanted. It was resolved in minutes to both of our satisfaction and, to me, that's what really makes a great company.

Awesome experience with Orlando in setting up apps as well as with the moving team. My only issue would be how expensive it was considering I had no furniture to move only boxes.

When I decided to rent another truck and unload some what I thought was an overloaded truck onto it, you guys really came though for me. You got a crew there quicker than I could have imagined. They did a great job and I was able to get on the road much sooner than I thought. A box was dropped in my presence which contained my computer printer. Thankfully no damage. Kudos to Jason and the gang.

Orlando was great taking my call, explaining the delivery process and the true cost of the services I was requesting. He was very professional and thorough.
The 3 individuals that showed up were great. Kyle and Terrance were extremely courteous and were very cautious when handling the heavy treadmill.Jennifer was also very professional and helped explain the paperwork in detail. Hard workers!

This is the first time I have ever used a moving company, and I have moved many, many times in my adult life. I have absolutely no complaints and was extremely impressed with both the office staff that I dealt with and the moving team itself. Very hard-working, focused, professional individuals all around. I would definitely recommend them to others looking for a quality, worry-free experience.

Moving team was great. They paid attention to detail on the things that I let them know had sentimental value and we are still unpacking, but haven't found anything broken or missing. Highly recommend.
