The men who packed my belongings were very pleasant! That is about all I can say on the POSITIVE SIDE of things! HOWEVER, I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE WAY THAT THE BOXES WERE NOT "LABELLED"! SO, as a result, I had NO IDEA WHAT WAS IN EACH BOX! (Food items were mixed in with items that had clothes, & too many unlike items in the SAME BOX)! THERE WERE DAMAGES TO SEVERAL PIECES OF FURNITURE!

Outstanding work attitude! The team hit the ground running and got to work the moment they arrived, and didn't stop until the last little item was packed/unpacked. I've never hired a moving company before, and Trin put my mind at ease from the start and kept the team laser focused on the task at hand. The only thing I didn’t like is when I called the office for quotes and to book service I was never told about the $75 evaluation fee. I didn’t find out about the fee until the movers showed up.
