I am less than pleased with the movers that helped us on the day of the move. In relation to the speed and efficiency of moving, they were good. However, they scuffed the walls in multiple places at our new place and damaged our headboard, mattress and footboard. Additionally, I overheard one of the employees calling our new place a “sardine can” which was rather offensive. I have pictures or the damages that were done and would like to be contacted by a representative when possible. Thank you.

Robert and Joe were amazing! They were professional and treated our belongings and home with great respect. The day before we used different movers to empty a pod bc 2 Men and A Truck weren't available and it was the worst moving experience imaginable. It was so wonderful to have the experience with your guys after that. Truly amazing service and movers!

The moving team that helped me was great, the moving team that helped the sellers of the home I moved in, not so much. They showed up an hour and 45 min late. The team I had moving my stuff wasn't able to come in with the truck. I was not reimbursed for the time inbetween where my team couldn't come with the truck because there wasn't enough room. Same office, but still waiting for credit back on at least the hour in which my team had to wait.

The men were courteous and always asked questions as to where furniture was supposed to go. When we moved, it was raining and they went to great lengths to make sure our furniture stayed dry. Very satisfied with our moving experience.

My experience was a good one. There were a couple of surprises: When I set up the date for my move I was told that the shelves in my basement could be disassembled and would be reassembled in my new home only to be told it was against policy to set them up. There seemed to be some reluctance to taking them down in the first place. The mallet (mine) used to disassemble the shelves was broken and left in the basement. I would have liked to have been told so I could replace it to use reassembling them in my new house.
