Geno and his partner were extremely fast, courteous, efficient and nice. The office staff that set up our move were also great.

The three young movers were courteous and careful. One suggestion, use more of the padded covers when the truck is packed tight. Even though most of the larger pieces were wrapped in plastic film, some of the edges and corners were rubbed against each other resulting in a few scratches. Not enough for me to complain about but it might be for your next client.

Our movers were very courteous and helpful. Took less time than was expected. They did a good job.

Kudos to Tassie in the office for having an outstanding, helpful, personality. She was able to solve a lack of truck space problem at the last minute. She is a gem and represents the company excellently.
The movers worked hard and were well led. They were were personable and very professional.
My only concern was the fact that my outside garage light was broken off its plate, and I was not aware of this until after the team departed.

The gentlemen were cool. They arrived late. I had to call the office to find out what was going on. It would’ve been nice if they picked up more smaller items. Had to make 3 more trips in my vehicle.

Every thing went well until the end of the move out. I filled out the list from you and at the end they couldn’t move my rug and a TV. The 12 boxes I .originally had on the list didn’t need to be moved so there should of been enough room or a bigger truck should of been supplied. My husband had to run back and forth to get these items so my front room could be put together and my TV hooked up by cable that afternoon. The movers did put in extra effort to ge a couch down stairs in the new place but it didn’t work. Overall happy with the move but was not happy about us having to deal with items that wouldn’t fit in the truck.

Movers were on time and very friendly. Took care of all my needs.
