I hired Two Men and a Truck two occasions recently.
One team plastic wrapped everything and I got the insurance coverage. One mover did hit my nightstand into a rock and created a ding- he did not point this out at the time. I noticed this the next day. It is visible but I did not feel it was enough to file a claim. The team were friendly and talkative. This team already had a whirlpool tub on the truck from another stop- so slightly less room in the truck.
The second team did not use plastic wrap, door wrapper, door open stopper. These team was very quiet but very hardworking and appeared to be "in the zone". This team worked extra hours and helped us get all our belongings out of the home.

everything was really good a few pieces of furniture were scratched because they didn’t get wrapped but they were very patient and worked quickly as i had some trouble with getting wrong keys and having to wait to get into the place i was moving

Overall excellent experience. There's only one minor issue where a hole was put in the wall that was not there before but out of the four hours of move time that was the only issue that ever happened and that is in the process of being taken care of so no need to Discount any ratings over all five star. Highly recommended when they came to my place oh I did it so exactly what needed to be broken down and take it out it within an hour and a half my entire apartment was empty. They shrink wrap file cabinets and dressers and everything else with that so nothing opens while it's not supposed to. My movers themselves were professional and exceptional they really do how to operate as a team and they take a homeowner feedback so if you tell them to do something they will do that.

I am a local real estate agent and am consistently refer this company to buyers & sellers so I decided to use them. I was quoted a price and was charged almost double. The job was not completed in the day and I had to rent a truck the next day to finish the move with 5 other people. A few items were damaged and an issue arose and I contacted the local office and there was never any resolution. I will not use this company again and will not refer this company to my buyers, sellers, co-workers, family & friends.

Everything from start to finish was top notch. I would definitely recommend. There was some minor drywall damage that still needs to be repaired, but it was an exceptionally difficult staircase to get a very large couch down. Accidents happen and I don’t fault the moving team at all. I could never have moved that couch into our basement without creating even more damage. No big deal as long as it’s repaired. Other than that we were extremely satisfied.

Office staff was great. Movers were good but should have taken more care with moving furniture through the house. Ended up with scratches along my wall and a huge scratch in my brand new refrigerator. Not happy about that.

In my lifetime I have moved 16 times. The past 4 Times were by two men and a truck. The other three times were fine however this particular move was the most horrible experience I have ever had moving. They had looked up my previous moves and figured 3 to 4 hours based on past moves. I had moved over 30 boxes myself prior to the move, And my children no longer lived at home so there was actually less items to move than previous moves I have used with two men and a truck. The job took over 11 hours to do, they broke furniture, the driver was getting irritated because it was taking so long which was not my fault , my bed was an old waterbed that had a regular mattress in it that they had to take apart and put back together which was Put back together crooked. Never again.

This started out fairly well and endly badly. The guys were very nice and worked hard, but there was a lot of misunderstanding about the service. The initial inventory list was not clear, so the number of things to move was way underestimated. Because I could see no space for number of boxes and the inventory said they would assume 100-200 for a house, I thought I was covered. They assumed I had none! Who moves with no boxes at all? They only brought a few blankets to protect furniture, so there was a fair amount of dents and scratches when we were done. One table pedestal was split from top to bottom, and a lamp was pretty much destroyed. I tried to register a complaint, but no one has bothered to respond. Our next experience with another Two Men was great!

This is my 5th time using your company and I am never unhappy with the services. There was one item damaged, which was a first occurrence and it is of no fault on anyone's part - it's simply a bottom heavy, item that is deceiving when you first look at it to lift it. I am still waiting on the repair of this item but so far, the office's response time was good.

Everything was OK, except they did cause damage to the wall in which they did do a damage report. You called right away to let us know that your employee submitted it and your dry wall person was on vacation and have not received any communication on fixing the damage you created since that initial phone call. I would not recommend you until you come and fix the damage your team created.
