I was told they would be there at eight. They got there at nine although they did call me at 8 o’clock. I was not told by anyone that they don’t take any liquids.

I was very pleased with both the office and moving team. I spent quite some time on the phone with Derrick discussing my needs and he was very understanding, professional and accommodating. Q and (I'm sorry I forgot his name!) were AWESOME. They were efficient, friendly and made sure things were where I wanted them and made sure all my expectations were being met every step of the way. Great at keeping us informed on arrival times. Polite and professional staff, both office and movers. The only issue was some missing water and Gatorade. At the pickup location, we were told no liquids could be transported, which I recall seeing in some moving literature. However, the movers took the liquids but did not deliver them at the new location. Don't know what happened.

We’ve used them several times, moving relatives from their homes, in and out of assisted living, etc.
They are so reliable, wrap furniture safely, very efficient, polite, informative- everything you’d want from a moving company. I have also found the office people very easy to work with and knowledgeable.
It’s a proven company, I wouldn’t bother to call anyone else!
