The movers were quick and very courteous. It was a stressful time and they made me feel comfortable.

Made my move Stress FREE!!! Even fun at times, as the guys were relaxed and made light of things that came up
(That I saw as challenging) they assured me it would be fine and kept it moving, with no issue.

The movers were very friendly, polite and respectful to me. They placed everything where I wanted. There were 3 experiences that impacted my move and why I did not rate it excellent. 1) An item was apparently lost. I called the day after the move and someone in the office was going to get back to me. I have not heard anything yet. 2) The movers did not cover my couch cushions, which were a light color. They were on the elevator floor with no protective covering - dogs use the elevator too so my items were placed on a dirty floor. 3) I requested 2 movers by name based on the referral. These were not the movers that came and I was not informed they would not be available. I didn't know until the day of the move. That was a little disappointing. Wonder if experience would have been better?

I was moving on very short notice due to other companies saying they would call me back and not following through. I called the 2 men & a truck phone #, for my area & spoke w/ a representative. She was courteous & explained everything (charges,etc..) so I reserved the (3) men because of the job size.
Day of the move, they were an hour later than my initial requested start time. No call from anyone in the office. It would've been nice 2 know w/o me having 2 call them. So at this point I'm getting cranky.
The men arrived politely introduced themselves & began working right away.
*James,Rick,Devan worked really hard & very well together 2 get my move done on budget & schedule. They were great & yes, if I need movers I'd hire again. (Move Team 5*) (Upfront Scheduler 5*)(Follow Up 3.5*)

So happy with our move

1. One of the movers was wearing socks and sandals, I have never seen this before and was curious how someone can be sufficient while moving with sandals. Both gentlemen reviewed my items, had me sign the contract, HE THEN sat in the truck and took time to change his shoes and get prepared for his job (all while I'm paying them to be moving my belongings).
2. Both answered MULTIPLE personal phone calls. One was noted standing in the truck on his phone ( only having a conversation/ not moving my belongings). Again, I am paying them to be talking on their cellphones.
3. I have kept my original TV box for my last two moves. The movers advised me that it was not needed and "they do this all the time." Really, they didn't want to take 3 screws out. I now have scratches on my flatscreen

The movers were fine young gentlemen. They were friendly, courteous, and professional.

This was the third time I used this company. The first time was great because they sent three guys and they were done in four hours and everything was great. The second time they sent two guys and they damaged my sofa. I reported to the office. It was never cleaned as they promised. This time the sent two men and it took six hours. That was too long. The guys are always polite and courteous.

Two Men and a Truck helped move me several times in the past. They remain punctual, professional, and caring. I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck.
