I have two main complaints with my experience with Two Men and a Truck. First the total bill was more than the estimate. When you receive an estimate of $300-$595 dollars you expect your bill to be something between..not well over. Second, although the movers were efficient and easy to work with mud was tracked in both the apt and my new home. I would have expected measures to ensure a clean move.

James, we are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with your move. As explained during the phone call, as well as the email pre-move letter, the estimate is just that - an estimate. While we can't say these were present for your move, factors like weather, more items being physically present than what was documented during the inventory process, or difficult items that use more time to navigate in and out of a home can all cause estimate times and costs to fluctuate. We do apologize for the muddy shoes - carpet shield is always available for purchase if the customer so desires to ensure flooring is protected. Again, please accept our apology for your inconvenience.

The move ended up costing me over $500, and things (big) were left behind, and broken and I was not informed. I did not find out till a day or so later.
Now I'm left trying to move these items, and having to get my dryer, and refrigerator fixed.

We had AJ and Eric and they were awesome. Very professional very quick. If we move again I would definitely use this company and request those wonderful young men.

The 2 young men who came from Milwaukee to move were very polite and attentive. They were on time.
The only problem is that they didn't wrap some pieces that should have been protected, and they got banged around in the truck and broke.

The men who moved us were wonderful. Helpful, thorough and polite. I apologize I've forgotten their names. Quentin, I believe and possibly Brian. Name tags could help or names stitched on their company tees. Will use again in the future if needed.

The team of guys we had move us were just amazing! They took the time to listen how on some pieces were very old and needed extra care or they look lite, but really heavy. Made sure everything was in the correct places before they moved another item off the truck. When I went to master bedroom to double check all good, our bed was set up. That was huge and thank you again for the amazing service!

The moving team did an amazing job. They really cared for all of my moved items with care and were dedicated to getting the job done. They were speedy and efficient in the move. Things that really stood out to me were: 1) how personable each of the movers were. 2) how they cared about each piece as if we moved it ourselves.
