The moving team was friendly and efficient! I didn’t budget for a full move, just a partial move (only big items). Next time I will budget for a full move. It was way less stressful. Thanks!!

The move this past Saturday went very well! We were so impressed with the 4 guys we had and the care they took while moving everything we had was impressive. They were on time, efficient and went above and beyond helping us with so many aspects of our move. We have used 2 men and a truck many times and we would not hesitate to use you guys again, if the need arises. Thank you!

Overall the crew did a good job, but, it appears that they were sent out unprepared. The office told me that the trucks go out with moving supplies, like, boxes and other packing materials. The truck that showed up had no boxes or materials to wrap a small amount of glassware. I actually had to supply packaging tape to seal the boxes, which I had a few of my own.

Entertainment center was broken, told it needed adjusting. Brackets missing, broken shelves, chips in wood, dining room table/ chairs were scratched. In commercial moves this may be acceptable but when dealing with personal possessions it is not. Your staff needs better training on how to correctly and respectfully move items to and from locations. Your company needs to do better!
