From Vicki in the office scheduling (and rescheduling) my move, to the 2 amazing, tireless young men (Dell and Rell) who moved ALL of my stuff and were so super polite while doing it, this was a great experience. It cost me, but anything was better than moving all of that stuff ourselves!

The entire process was seamless despite the winter storm that dumped 7" of snow through the night and morning of the day we had scheduled to move. The office staff were professional and provided detailed information and explanation of the process throughout. The 2 men were hard workers, courteous, and took good care of my belongings. A job well done!!

The two men that helped me were very kind and took such great care of my belongings. They went above and beyond to do their best to get my couch into an upper unit that ended up just being too big to fit, but they tried every possible way. They were also very fast and efficient getting everything moved in 3 hours (only took that long because of the couch)

Was told movers would be arriving closer to 11am. didn’t arrive until 12:55. No courtesy call w/ ETA.I moved ALL boxes and area rug to ground level.Movers did not arrive to new house for at least 20 min after I got there. Walked in eating. I wanted things in living room. Expected organization. Things left piled up, floor scratched.Paid more than move was worth.will be leaving online reviews.

Kelly in the office was exceptional, very patient and knowledgeable. Brian and James on the pre-move wrapping and packing team were great as well.
