Originally spoke with Cindy in the Plymoth office..excellent arty to deal with. Second call to place order for service was routed elsewhere....not very pleasant. A third call to Plymouth was again exceptional. Young men were extraordinary in every aspect. Thus my reason for not rating three questions. Thank you for making this stressful time less so. As noted, cannot. Did so....poor format!

The guys showed up to clear out my Grandmothers apartment. Because of where the truck had to park it was a ridiculous walk from apartment to truck. But the guys just packed up and rocked it out. Faster and more efficiently than I had imagined. Drove across state lines and unloaded later that evening. Great work, I am very satisfied and you will be the recommendation I make anytime some one is in need of services you provide.

My concern came with the call saying team might be late. I had an emotionally charged move with 2, 90 year olds and my schedule was critical in transporting them. Your team ended up only being 15 minutes later than the time window so it worked out but I was unsettled with that news. I had hoped for the earlier timeframe. You had called to see about coming early but again because of the aged people I couldnt start earlier. No flexibility with that age group. Other than that it was great. Your guys were courteous and efficient and I appreciated that it was an hourly service with costs explained clearly all along the way. Will definitely recommend. Office people handled my angst over the late issue with courtesy.
