Our team consisted of three young men, all very polite. The tasks were all performed as requested. Team members were very polite. Would want the same team again if needed.

The original moving plan included packing up office files. The original intention was for me to pack up more files to have things ready. Due to time and multiple conflicts I was not able to get more packing done. When the movers arrived, I could tell they knew right away that this move was going to take longer than what was estimated but rolled up their sleeves and got to work. They were polite and courtesy for the entire duration of the move despite the additional effort required to complete.

I had just a few items to move. The men were willing to help with items that simply needed to be move to the front of the property or otherwise dropped in a location outside the homes for disposal. They were wonderful.

Very satisfied overall with the move itself. The two movers really hustled and were courteous. The only negative was they were to arrive between 11:00am and noon but didn't arrive until about 1:15pm. Seemed to be a dispatch problem, not the movers fault. Our move was an internal move from one apartment to another apartment in the same complex. Our movers were doing another move that morning at the same complex and evidently were not given their next assignment, which was us, until they returned back to the office. So they then had to return to the same complex for our move. Seems to be a routing and dispatch problem which could use improvement.
