I was a little upset due to a delay in the arrival time. But the office personnel quickly responded once I mentioned my family was in town and further delay could lead to cancellation. I appreciated the effort and the good attitude dealing with my disappointment. The drivers both displayed excellent customer service and they easily handled the large pieces I needed moved.

The office team worked hard to meet my last minute request when my other option fell through and squeezed me in. The 3 men who came were very socialable and friendly and careful of my home. They worked quickly yet carefully to move the few large items I needed assistance with.

Hired to move Treadmill from my rental property basement to the garage. Movers couldnandacirc;??t disassemble so it could be moved up the stairs. So they left and I was charged the deposit of $132.00. And nothing was moved. I live 60 miles from this property so I was not physically on site, but a simple phone call could have solved any issues the movers may of had. Once again I was charged a$132.00 for nothing!!!
Also Iandacirc;??m disabled, retired and living on a fixed income.
