We have used two men and truck six or seven times in the last several years and, each time, the moving team was absolutely superb! They were hard-working, fast and personable - and their level of expertise was everything we could hope for!

There were some challenges with the size of one piece of furniture and some of my box packing, but the crew were patient, very efficient and definitely worked as a team to get the job done well. They were constantly in motion through the whole long process and seemed to have pleasing me, the customer, as their goal.

We didn’t factor the amount of time it took to wait for elevator when estimating our move. The men seemed to be gone long between loads. They would leave the dolly in the apartment and then have to come back up to get it, seemed like a lot of time wasted at my expense.

There should have been more help. I had to move half of the stuff myself. I was not happy. The men were good but I believe the load was too much.

did not move my bed which was the most important thing, alleged bed bug problem which I never had any issues with.
also removed one of my lamp shades and never brought it into new apartment, now I have to go and buy one.

I was surprised that it was actually 3 men and a truck. This helped expedite the move! Jack, Thomas, and Carl did a stellar job and I would request them specifically anytime I need to hire 2/3 men and a truck in the future. They were courteous and communicated well from the moment I let them in to my apartment. Keep them on your team!

The two young men that did the pack and delivery (over a two day period) were very polite and hard workers. They asked questions when in doubt and I would definitely let them move my items again. Only issues were we ran out of room on the truck (which was fine since they asked me what I needed to get on the truck and did not try to cram it all in... and only had some minor issues with where things went on delivery.

Two know what they are doing and and how to handle but one seemed inexperienced and kid. Giving responsibility of handling big furniture didn’t seemed right and got walk and furniture damaged, now I need to worry about this right before selling my place. Not happy about it. Overall was ok. I would recommend it sure but you can do way better for sure.
