The guys showed up 3 hours late and then moved at the speed of a snail. We basically moved everything ourselves. I would never use them again.

I have emailed corporate with details of my moving experience and am waiting to hear back from them. The movers were very nice but some events took place that cut into my moving time and the total cost of my move and the amount of help/effort I put in to moving my own stuff was unacceptable.

Wasn't able to get all of my items up stairs. 2 box springs which I ended up doing myself. They were aware the steps were tight with a turn at the bottom. All they did was complain the entire time instead of movers who do this for a living, figure it out without complaint. Thats what we hire you for. Otherwise I would do it myself. Instead he bragged about how he saved us money because they were faster than the initial quoted time. Not realizing that yeah you were, because I moved many of the items originally listed earlier in the week myself. So it should take less time when the list was less anyway. Not to mention 2 items were left anyway for us to deal with, both box springs.

Both James and ______ (don't want to misspell his name so please fill in tech name with James on this move) were so patient and kind. They are amazing at what they do making it seem to painless and easy to help others. They are a great team and I can't tell you how impressive they were when dealing with 87 year old (my mother) and the other seniors at the move in location. They are awesome!
