My move was grossly underestimated by the office professionals and half way through the first truck, it was made known to us that we would need a second truck. When i called the office to go over this with them, I was told it would be handled and that I would receive a call back and never did. I had to call back 2.5 hours later. The second crew showed up and were fine for the most part but didn't take cues from me on what needed to go on the truck and left things behind. And THEN after they were done, somehow did not have the address to my new home and sat in my driveway for at least an hour trying to call the office and the first crew to get it. Luckily my uncle went to my old house to help me out and was able to contact me to get the new address.

The three gentlemen who moved by items were very professional and friendly. Plus they kept on moving....no standing around. On the other hand the office scheduling portion was poor. I was told that there would be a one hour window for them to arrive. Upon calling to confirm the time I was told that my 12:30 to 1:30 window was going to be an hour late. This is unacceptable. While on hold I listened to the "grandma rule". When I asked the office manager if he'd make his grandma wait, he said, "if I didn't have a truck, I guess that she'd have to wait". I guess that says it all for your customer service!

Experience was good even great, but the movers took an hour to get from Howard’s Grove to Sheboygan Falls, Bc they stopped for lunch. I was on a schedule due to the cable guy coming at my new place. Otherwise I wouldn’t have minded, but it ended up all working out on time.

Service was good and they worked very hard. They were respectful. Only one problem- there was a dent in the side of the freezer that I do not remember being there, even though the movers had said that it was already there.

VI and Fred were my movers. They were efficient, hard working, courteous and most professional! These guys also had awesome senses of humor. Every company needs gentlemen like these on their teams. Excellent men, excellent work!
