On the day of the move, I was contacted and arrival time was coordinated - this was greatly appreciated on a very busy day for me and showed great professional courtesy.
Move team was EFFICIENT, PROFESSIONAL and personable - a wonderful combination.

I was charged for 9.75 hours, but they didn't show up until 9:20 and left at 5:00. Also I would like to know how to dispose of all the plastic wrap.

The service was good, I just felt like I had to rush because it’s so expensive, yall need to cut that price, I couldn’t even get my bed put up or get my treadmill out. I was so scared of my charges and it still was very , very expensive in my short move. It’s convenient but I will not use this service again it’s to high.

From the first phone call, I received great customer service from Shantell. She was informative and kind. I then had to change my initial move date. Shantell was very understanding and accommodating to this change. I received a text from Nazir, a mover, with an arrival time which was quite helpful. When Naszir and Joseph arrived they were kind, personable, & hard working. Grateful for their time!

5 guys 2 trucks moved us from MKE to The Northwoods of Wisconsin. They were very nice and courteous and treated our belongings with care. Once they arrived at the new home unloading was fast and careful.
