My wife and I are dealing with my ailing 93 year old mother (Sarah) and it's been a stressful time generally and this move was causing even more tension. Ren, Terail (sp), and Bennett made us so comfortable and relaxed, it was a joy having them around, and of course, their moving and handling skills were impressive.

The movers were remarkably efficient and committed to quality. They were able to answer questions during the move and cooperated in making the event a success. The office was great at keeping me informed and provided answers to all of my questions in a considerate and honest manner.

Only downside to experience was we didnt know when for sure they were showing up. I know hour window but didnt know they were on their way. Otherwise great time and did it all quick and effective.

The men who moved us worked so hard from start to finish. They weee even jogging back and forth from the truck. They didn’t stop to eat or drink, we’re respectful and gracious.

THE MOVERS WERE EXTREMELY SLOW AND UNPREPARED FOR A PACK AND MOVE. NO TOOLS ( NO SCREWDRIVER ETC) THEY WOULD CARRY ONE SMALL ITEM AT A TIME ( EX TABLE FAN ) THYE BROKE MY MOTHERS BED AND BLAMED IT ON MY SON. I HAVE USED YOUR SERVICE MANY TIMES BUT THIS TIME WAS SUB PAR. 9 HOURS TO MOVE A ONE BED ROOM ASSISTED LIVING APT ?

I think it is poor practice to have time start when they leave the office and back to the office. Maybe one way, but not both, especially since they are more likely going to another home to move. Plus if they stop for whatever reason you are paying full price the entire time. There should be a mileage/drive time rate, and then an actual moving rate. You will get more business north of West Allis if this is the case. The guys also forgot a few things I needed to go back for and they were moving very light items with they dolly that could have easily been taken down by hand (I.e. a shelf). In the past when I've used movers they had supplies such as tape and plastic wrapping to hold drawers or doors on dressers or cabinets closed. This was not available.

Our movers must stop at our office to get their next assignment so there is no overlapping of charges between customers. We also offer the option just like you mentioned of a split between mileage and hourly for our longer distance moving customers. In regards to the second half of your review, all trucks carry shrink-wrap for instances such as you mentioned, and we do not charge for this service. Experience overall was very good and the movers themselves were very nice and professional. I would used the two of them again for sure. They did leave a door unhung and some tools at our residence. FYI.
