Just because you quote a range of time does not entitle you to use ALL of that time. At the hourly rate my guys seemed in absolute no hurry while even stopping at times to chat. Not to mention the items that were permanently damaged.

There were a few minor dents or scratches in a furniture item which I'm working out with the office, but otherwise my experience was excellent. I have used TMAT before and had good experiences and I was a little worried when the guys that showed up were my size, but I knew that they had to be good if they were with TMAT. The estimate was accurate and even though it was a little pricier than a couple other quotes, I am happy we chose you guys.

Very helpful and very reliable. Nothing damaged but parts for my tv stand were lost during the move.

I can not stop talking about how pleased I was with Two Men and a Truck service. For me it was white glove treatment from start to finish and so welcome in my time of grief of losing my dear mother and having to move her things. I worked a fish fry at church Friday and sang your praises. Today we did brunch and again I didn't hesitate to talk about your company. The team we had, led by MK (same initials as me) was polite, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Seriously, I couldn't be happier. The three men were fabulous and I regret not tipping them or buying them lunch. It came to me after they were gone! You have a conscientious team you should be proud of! Thanks also to Rich for setting this all up! Thank you ALL!

I was not very happy that it took over 4 hours to move 10 of my things. The movers were very slow and unmotivated.

I had a total of three moves due to miscommunication with office staff and failure to move all the items indicated. However there was prompt effort in correcting the errors and the staff was friendly. I may use this company again.

Truck was 30 minutes late. No call to me letting me know. I had to call office. This put me behind on other scheduled appts on moving day. Method of billing ridiculous which makes it extremely expensive.
