The 2 gentlemen who moved our equipment (whose names escape me) were exceptional and professional in every manner...Great service!

Moving team showed very little concern for the value and care of our property even after being told to take extra care for an item and it’s value. They bulk packed items loosely and without wrapping in blankets allowing item to chip, brake and even be crushed and in one case totally destroyed, And items that should have been individually tightly wrapped in protection and banded they packed with similar items allowing them to rub together causing deep scratches. They totally destroyed a piece of artwork Vic never be replaced or repaired. They put items that should not have been on the bottom of a pile under heavy heavy boxes and in one instance they shared the leg off of a jewelry cabinet. They crushed and destroyed are lampshades. I could go on but only would have negative things to say.

The movers who helped me were very slow. It was only supposed to take them 15 minutes to get to me and it took them 30. They sat in my house just staring at my stuff for like 15 minutes before they did anything. They kept swearing at each other and calling each other names which was very inappropriate. They also explained to me in detail about how they had better places to be and didn't want to be working. They didn't break any furniture but they knocked in on everything they came across. If I were to ever use two men and a truck again in would be a different location with different workers.

The first 3 men were great. Then I got the call for another truck which was acceptable. These two guys were not as energetic. The first truck was filled so I suggested they go with me to condo to start unloading and other truck go to storage. They said they have to stay together which I didn't understand (more time on clock). After they left, we found several of our personal papers scattered which meant a drawer fell out of living table. Also some 3 pieces of china were broken after I told them to be careful.
I still am unable to find a few things. Unfortunately it is my medication and other decorations. Don't know what could have happened.
When we got back to house we saw plenty of articles that they did not move after we asked them to.

Overall we had a great experience with two men and a truck. They arrived early and ready to work. We had three gentlemen for our specific move and they work their butts off!!! The only thing that was frustrating for us was that they scratched/hit a wall/dropped/slid against a wall, something, our brand new Samsung dryer, which now has a huge mark on the front of it and we were never even told about it.

Everything was great, except that the movers broke a fan and deeply scratched a wall in the old house, as well as scraped a corner at the new house. Other than these issues, which cost me $80 out of pocket, everything was great.

Good team with great attitude. Broke tile with dolly, filled out damage report and explained it well, but I haven’t heard from anyone as to when they will fix the issue. The 2 men worked quickly and took care of our furniture

AJ, Eric, Kashwon were all excellent, took well care of everything. We discovered a scratch o kitchen table about 3 inches long otherwise all was good

We experienced much property damage (floor, stairs, walls, furniture). In addition to destroying one desk, the team dropped a second desk twice. After multiple calls a second team was sent out. The second team did an excellent job.
