I really appreciated Two Men and a Truck. They arrived on time, were very organized, and got the job done in great time. My mother was moving from a house to a third floor apartment apartment, with a single slow elevator. It was hard work and they never complained and kept a smile on the whole time. I fully recommend.

The team was great up to a point. Very hard working. Polite punctual etc. However after the move i returned to my old home and discovered they had left a lot behind. Some should have been packed some just loaded on truck. Since i am handicapped it created some problems. I tipped them big however had i waited until i saw what they missed the tip would have been significantly less.

Guys we’re on time, pleasant and we moved along quite rapidly. Only 4 stars because they forgot kitchen table outside when they left (loooong day). So it should really be 4 1/2 stars. Would definitely use again. Everyone I know has either used them or will use them in future.

The movers were very professional and friendly. They did everything I asked and more. My grandmother went with them to take my things to storage and it was icy there and she fell. The guys helped her up and walked her back to her car to make sure she got there okay. I thought that was exceptional. I would recommend you guys to anyone and I'm sure I will use this company again when i get my things out of storage. There was a problem with my bank not letting my card get charged and the office staff was very accommodating helping me figure out another way to pay and they weren't rude about it at all. The whole experience was a very positive one.

AC unit was damaged. The outside corner was crushed inward. it must have been hit with considerable force. We did not discover the damage until well after the movers had gone.

Would be good practice to explain how hours are calculated when the bill is presented - start time from warehouse was xx and end time was xx. I wasn’t quite sure how ours was set. Was there a lunch break or did we pay for that as moving time? A great experience overall but a bit more confidence for the client about the hours charged would be a good addition.

While my overall experience with the movers and Two Men and a Truck was very good, I was disappointed that I did not receive the phone call that I was told to expect, when they were enroute to my pick up address. I mentioned that to them and was told they didn't get the memo.
