The 3 men did an awesome job. I will probably hire the same men to move my furniture from the basement to the upstairs when my house is done. I am a very Satisfied customer.

My husband and I could not have been more pleased with our experience. From the initial contact with Angel to the awesome moving team. We had family to help us with moving in the past, but circumstances forced us to find another source this time. We contacted a few other moving companies and found Two Men and a Truck the easiest to deal with. And the gentlemen that moved our belongings were beyond exceptional. They were polite, friendly, fast but careful, and they worked well together. Not only would we recommend this company, but we haven't stopped talking about the wonderful service and treatment we received! Thank you for providing us with an incredibly awesome moving experience.

Challenging review to write.

On one hand, I was able to schedule my move for the very next day after calling. They gave me a two hour window when they’d be there, which is standard, but I think they should call when they’re 20-30 minutes out to confirm when they’ll be there.

The move itself went fine, although the three movers that came were quiet and didn’t talk a lot. They did wrap up my treadmill nicely though and seemed to take their time with and not rush it.

However, when it arrived at the delivery address and was being set up they wrecked the wires so the treadmill currently does not work. It has not worked for over 5 business days (8 days in total and counting at the time of this review...). I was told on the day of the move that I’d hear from someone within 4-5 business days, which I did, but all that has been asked is for more information on model / type of product was wrecked to see if their electrician could fix it. This should have been asked by the moving team and making a customer wait almost a week just to hear back is unacceptable. So, I’m still left in the dark regarding when or if this will be fixed with no timetable or expected date. Again, this is unacceptable.

So while I’m happy they didn’t lie about it being damaged (would have been foolish to do since the wires are wrecked but hey, people have done stranger things), and the person I spoke with on the phone to set up the pickup/delivery was very nice and the move was quick and professional in manner, the end result is still the same - what they moved they wrecked and I’m still waiting for it to be fixed more than 8 days later. Which is disappointing.

Slim & Quentin were absolutely WONDERFUL, CAREFUL, FUN, EFFICIENT, & PROFESSIONAL. This is the second or third time I have used Two Men & A Truck. ALWAYS with total satisfaction!! Please use me & my husband as a reference.
