It was a great move and if it wasn’t for an oversized couch that wouldn’t fit downstairs it would have been perfect. Oh it wasn’t for the lack of trying too because “Ryan and Adam (I think was his name) tried it multiple ways with even taking railings off. The only thing that would have helped was to bust the drywall which my wife said no. All in all though an easy process that I would recommend to anyone. Moving sucks and shouldn’t be havoc call two men and a truck!

I am missing 3 boxes and two prescriptions out of my night stand. The boxes are all of my living room décor and some things that were my deceased Mother's. Muscle relaxers and Zanax were taken. I even tipped these two guys $20 each. I want my items replaced and the tips reimbursed. I will be contacting the BBB regarding this and am possibly going to reach out to my attorney and local police. I contacted the Plymouth office regarding this on 12/16 and was told I would be called by the West Allis office within a half hour, this did not happen.

The moving team was on time and courteous. They moved some tricky items and worked efficiently. Overall we were very pleased. The only downside was that after they departed we discovered that a piece of our antique furniture had been broken in the move. It wasn't visible until we unwrapped the plastic wrap.

The two men who helped us with our move were excellent. I am so sorry I can't remember their names. They were efficient, careful with our belongings and very kind. Wonderful team.
