The 2 (Milton and his partner, sorry I forgot his name) men that moved me this past weekend (9/28) were exceptional! They were very professional and courteous. I was so please with there work. They made my life so easy and I was so grateful for them because I had no one to move me.

On pick up your team damaged our basement stairs, then your Manager wanted me to sign a waiver of liability before he would allow the move to continue. Also found him to be very unpleasant to talk to. evEntually he agreed to finish the move.

Our wood floor was damaged during the move. Was contacted by two men and a truck the same day and was informed that third-party in our area sand Masters would be reaching out to us. It’s been a week and I’ve heard nothing. I hope to hear from somebody soon, I will write a review once the repair has been completed .
