Someone named Tim or Tom showed up to “check up” on the team. He wasn’t appreciate at all & we were actually offended. Walked up like he owned the place & I had to ask him who he was. He then asked me in front of the moving team what they could do better & if we had any complaints. Is this a racial thing & he didn’t trust the team because they were 3 black kids?! That’s really what it seemed like.

I was told to expect my movers between 8 and 9 am, they came at 10.The men were very nice and polite, but SLOW. They took forever to load the truck. I did have a few more boxes than predicted, but it took twice as much time as estimated. The truck that they came in was much bigger than necessary and not at all appropriate for moving to the crowded lower east side. So more time lost trying to fi

The movers helped me to relax during this stressful process. When I asked what I can do to help, they told me I can just relax :) I had faith that they new what they were doing. They found a place to park the truck in a busy downtown area. They were friendly! I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of from the company. I would like to hire them again in the future.
